SNL Painting, Inc. was formed in 2003 when Art Snarzyk III and Nick LoGrasso thought they could bring an elevated level of professionalism, the highest quality craftsmanship, unmatched customer service, and a touch of class to the paint contracting business.

Art and Nick have been great friends since the first grade in 1981, and they have taken the dreaded partnership paradigm and turned it into a great asset. Their philosophy takes on a “divide and conquer” mentality, so they are able to divide the tasks of running an organization and have created a system that allows each of them to focus on their respective strong points.

In their five-year history as owners of SNL Painting they have accomplished a great deal in terms of the size of the business and have established and continue to improve on crucial business systems. One of the greatest accomplishments has been the growth and development of their employees. Going from a two-man operation to a staff of seven painters plus the two owners is one of their biggest accomplishments, and that number continues to grow. Their client base has increased almost non-stop from their inception, and adding employees to meet the rising workload has been (and still is) their number one challenge, but watching people's personal development and seeing them mature as craftsmen is also the most rewarding. As with any business their efforts are ongoing, and Art and Nick continue to learn and implement better strategies and systems each year.

Training

Our purpose is to develop people, not just painters. Of course we provide training on painting skills, techniques, products and their proper applications, safety, and equipment. But our system also includes training on how to communicate, solve problems, listening skills, maintaining a clean appearance and jobsite, working with purpose, industry standards, painting technology, and more.
